Late Arrivals

Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period.  After 10 minutes, the session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time if another client is booked immediately after. Clients may choose to reschedule instead of taking a shortened session.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling within 8 hours of the appointment will not be charged on the first occurrence. A second consecutive cancellation/rescheduling within 8 hours will result in: A $25 fee.

No-Shows

There is no leniency for no shows.  It takes away form other clients ability to book and from our business.  A $25 no-show fee will be . 

Emergency Exceptions

Exceptions for illness, weather, or emergencies are at management discretion. 

At Renu Sauna and wellness, we believe in rewarding loyalty.  Refer a friend and receive a reward on us.  It's simple- have your referral let us know you sent them and we will take it from there.  The best part- there is no limit.  The more you refer us, the more rewards you will receive.
