Membership Terms

Membership provides access to wellness services offered by Renu Sauna & Wellness, which may include but are not limited to:

 *  Infrared sauna sessions
*  Red light therapy

 *  Vibration plate, PEMF Mat
*  Halo salt therapy
*  Cocoon or recovery pods

 *  Other wellness services as offered
Services, equipment, hours, and availability are subject to change at Renu's discretion.

Membership Terms & Commitment

At Renu Sauna & Wellness, we are committed to creating a wellness community built on consistency, results, and member value.

Our Unlimited Memberships are annual and designed for clients committed to long-term wellness at a discounted price.  It is billed monthly.  A minimum of 3 months is required before requesting any cancellation.  Members wishing to discontinue after their initial term must provide a 60-day written notice to opt out or cancel.

For those seeking more flexibility, our Flex Membership is offered on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Membership Freeze / Hold Policy

Unlimited Memberships may be placed on hold or frozen a maximum of two (2) times per membership year, for up to two (2) months total. After the maximum freeze allowance has been used, members wishing to continue with a flexible arrangement will be required to transition to the Flex Membership option.

Membership freezes are intended for temporary circumstances such as travel, medical recovery, or life events and must be requested in advance through management.

Renu offers much more flexibility in membership freezes than other wellness centers 

 CANCELLATION POLICY 

  *  Membership may be canceled only with written notice submitted via email to info@renu-sauna.com or in person.

  *  A minimum of sixty (60) days written notice is required prior to cancellation.
 *  Upon cancellation request, Member will be charged two (2) additional months of membership fees, regardless of usage. Member has full access to membership services during this time. 
 *  No cancellations are permitted verbally, by social media, or by disputing charges.
 *  Failure to follow the cancellation policy will result in continued billing.
 *  Three months is required to be fulfilled prior to cancellation submission.

NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for non-use, relocation, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.

PAYMENTS & FEES

  *  All membership fees are non-refundable.

  *  Missed sessions do not result in credits or refunds.

  *  Memberships are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Renu.
 *  Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension of membership access until resolved.

 MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Member acknowledges and agrees:

  *  Renu Sauna & Wellness does not provide medical care or medical advice.

  *  Services are for wellness and relaxation purposes only.
 *  Member is responsible for consulting a physician prior to use, especially if pregnant or if they have any medical conditions including but not limited to:
 *  Heart disease
 *  High or low blood pressure
 *  Heat sensitivity
 *  Respiratory conditions
 *  Neurological conditions
 *  Use of medications that affect circulation, hydration, or heat tolerance

Member understands and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with wellness services, including but not limited to:

  *  Dehydration
*  Dizziness or fainting
*  Burns or skin irritation
*  Muscle soreness
*  Increased heart rate
*  Exacerbation of existing medical conditions

Member agrees they are using services at their own risk.
