Cancellation and No Show Policy
To remain fair and ensure availability for all clients,please review our cancellation/no show policy
Late Arrivals
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time if another client is booked immediately after. Clients may choose to reschedule instead of taking a shortened session.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be charged on the first occurrence. A second consecutive cancellation within 24 hours will result in: Non-members: A $50 cancellation fee.
Members: Deduction of one visit/session from their membership without replacement.
Clients may reschedule through the Vagaro app or by calling Renu Sauna & Wellness at (843) 938-0189.
No-Shows
First no-show: No charge. Second consecutive no-show: Non-members: A $50 no-show fee. Members: Deduction of one visit/session from their membership without replacement.
Emergency Exceptions
Exceptions for illness, weather, or emergencies are at management discretion.
