Late Arrivals
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time if another client is booked immediately after. Clients may choose to reschedule instead of taking a shortened session.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling within 8 hours of the appointment will not be charged on the first occurrence. A second consecutive cancellation/rescheduling within 8 hours will result in: A $25 fee.

No-Shows
There is no leniency for no shows. It takes away form other clients ability to book and from our business. A $25 no-show fee will be .
